This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.cleantheair.co.uk (the “Site”).

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

 - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We will send your our email newsletter, if you have opted in to receive it. Should at any time you wish to stop receiving this you can click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any newsletter email.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). If you have agreed to marketing emails we may use your information to send you emails about items you have added to your shopping cart, when you abandon your purchase without completing the payment.

Other service providers are used to help us run our Site and complete the fulfillment of your orders, these include: shipping companies; card payment gateways; fraud analysis companies; email marketing providers and a small number of companies who offer on-page features on our Site (for example, related product listings) and IT integration companies that connect our IT systems.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Email communications sent to our email addresses will be keep for no more than 3 years from the date of sending/receipt. After this time email files are deleted.

If you have opted in to marketing emails, we will ask you if you still wish to receive these, and request you update your preferences, on a 3 year cycle.

MINORS
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
