When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Email communications sent to our email addresses will be keep for no more than 3 years from the date of sending/receipt. After this time email files are deleted.

If you have opted in to marketing emails, we will ask you if you still wish to receive these, and request you update your preferences, on a 3 year cycle.
